Our 5 star's hotel is part of the history of the development
of the resort city of Sochi, where in 1896 the great patriot, industrialist and philanthropist Vasily Khludov founded the Riviera Park and built his estate

The facades of the building are made in the Russian Art Nouveau style by the famous architect Lev Kekushev, and the interior is in the Imperial Baroque style

All the decor items were created in a single copy by Russian and Italian masters, and the decoration of the hotel is complemented by more than 300 paintings by Russian artists, such as: Kumanyaev, Otroshko, Viennese, Ilchenko and others
